I really want a literary tattoo. This is my inspiration. None of these are mine. I post all sources or I will say when I can't find one. If your tattoo is on here and you want it taken down, please let me know. I will be happy to do so. Also, if you want to submit your tattoo, I would love it!

“The kids’ librarian at the branch was the brilliant Heather Warren, who’s overseen a total overhaul of the way kids’ services are provided at her branch. She also has a completely awesome kids’-literature-inspired sleeve tattoo…”

My new tattoo, I’m so glad my 1/4 sleeve is finally in progress :)
“I carry a quotation mark to the left and right of me,” said one of my favorite authors. Why quotes? When we say “good” or “bad” so quoted, means that it is not exactly what it seems. It means that the appearance, which is not exactly seem that we are .. “What is essential is invisible to the eye.”
Sorry for the side boobage and inflammation!

Even as an “in progress” piece, it still looks fantastic. I need to remember to keep an eye on this one when she posts completed photos.

“After all this time?”
“Always.”
in may, i got this tattoo, and my mother got one to match: the deathly hallows symbol with vsegda, the russian word for always, underneath. my mom and i have always been very close, and during a time when we couldn’t see each other as much, we began to bond over to harry potter. reading the books and watching the movies together.
so this tattoo symbolizes both our love for the series and that we will always be close, no matter what.
